--- FINDING SEND-TO OPTIONS IN WINDOWS XP, 2000 AND USING THEM FOR
ACCESS
If you are using multiple versions of Microsoft Access, you need to be
able to change between versions. The method that Ed has always
used is the sendto option that you get when you right click on a file in
Windows
explorer. Whilst this is simple to setup in Windows 98, it
is a lot
trickier in Windows XP and 2000. This online
article explains how you
can add to your send to options.

--- LOOKUP TABLES - IMPROVE DATA QUALITY IN YOUR DATABASE
By Doug Thatcher
Eliminating data errors at the point of data entry can pay big dividends
in
the future. One of biggest sources of errors that we come
across is fields
that should be using a set number of entries but have been established
in
the database with no control. This detailed article
describes all the
steps involved in changing an existing text box with no data entry
validation into a watertight combo box using a lookup table. Other
options are explained to help reduce incorrect data entry.
