To print a page, Choose the Print Button in the Top Right Side of the Page

 

Alternative: In Internet Explorer, Click in the content area, Preview the page and Select Only the selected Frame as in Figure 1

Alternative: In Firefox, select the content section and Right Click, choose the Print Frame option as in Figure 2.

To bookmark a page (find its true http location)

 

In IE 7 or 8, Right Click on the page content and choose Properties.  Now copy and paste the path in the properties pane

In FireFox, right-click and choose Frame then Frame Info as in Figure 4.  Now you will find the location of the page as shown in Figure 5.
